As a Mercator fellow, Mike Yousef focuses on core questions of German and European foreign and security policy. He is particularly interested in the potential and limitations of innovative and participative approaches in formulating new policies within those fields. A political scientist and physician by training Mike holds graduate degrees in Public Policy (Oxford), International Relations (Cambridge) and Medicine (Heidelberg).
