Marlene Klauser is a medical doctor focusing as a fellow on the prevention and control of vaccine-preventable infectious diseases within a One Health framework. Her goal is to prevent outbreaks, detect them early, and respond rapidly to limit their impact.
Previously, she worked as a pediatric resident and with the IFRC Emergency Health Team, where she contributed to the development of the Epidemic Control Toolkit and became a Public Health Delegate in Emergencies. She aims to strengthen child health, combining clinical expertise with global health policy, and brings international experience and fluency in French, English and German.
