Emil Schenkyr examines the development of sustainable global value chains based on the Global Gateway Initiative with the aim of ensuring the resilience of the European Union and the climate-neutral transformation of the European economy. His focus is on the financing of infrastructure investments in compliance with European values. He gained work experience as head of office in the State Parliament of Baden-Württemberg, the German Bundestag, the Federal Foreign Office and in the private sector. Emil has a background in Political Science, European Studies and International Relations and has lived, studied and worked in Germany, Malaysia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belgium and France.
