As a Mercator Fellow, Anna Pröhl is dealing with the gaps and contradictions that the realignment of international drug policy has produced. The aim of her project is to develop solutions from an intersectional perspective together with the actors involved. She gained professional experience at Körber-Stiftung, the United Nations and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). During her studies in political and social sciences in Berlin and Mexico City, she specialised in peace and conflict studies, political ecology, and gender studies.
