As a Mercator Fellow, Ann-Christin Wolf investigates the relations between family planning and mental health in the context of migration and displacement. She is passionate about health and advocates in particular the improvement of women’s health. As part of her career, Ann-Christin, aims to extend women’s empowerment in precarious life situations. She has previously worked in Turkey for the Deutsche Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and at the Public Health Institute Malawi. Ann-Christin studied medicine in Cologne and Medellin and is doing her doctorate at the University of Bonn.
